Yeah I take them. They're called fruit and vegetables.

I don't go near vitamin tablets, although I understand they are sometimes used as medication where vitamins are especially important. But we should be getting our vitamins from fresh produce and not from pharmaceutical companies.

Well said, I do the same. I am not one to go for pill substitutes either.

How dumb can democracy be, in the EU they are trying to ban the sale of vitimans in the UK. Can only think the reason behind it is that EU members have fingers in pies which will get fatter if the ban is put in place.

There was a British documentary on several months ago that said that a UN investigation into sugar was influenced by sponsorship from the sugar industry.

The U.N taking back handers does not surprise me,which is a pitty as it could do so much good in the world(If only it didn't give in to BIG business) Mad

On a follow up to the EU and UK vitimans,well it just happened and over 200 supplements are now banned.

BTW, here in New Zealand we keep getting commercials and informercials that go: "We all take a multitude of vitamins and minerals. Sometimes it is hard to know which product is for what. Nature Bee Potentiated Bee Pollen..." If I eat mandarins with my Weet-Bix for breakfast, that is a multitude of vitamins, I know it is for breakfast and I don't need any Nature Bee Potentiated Bee Pollen. Wink

..of course ,and we could also try fresh bees with mushroom sauce ,roasted spiced bees and marinated bees with some other insect garment Razz
