You probably know it as Rivendell in the movie Lord of the Rings, but the small Wellington locality of Kaitohe in New Zealand is popular for other things as well.

The Kaitohe Regional Park offers many outdoor activities such as fishing, swimming, tramping, rafting, kayaking and tubing.
