Naked News is getting my undivided attention! Then I have to go and read a newspaper 'cause I haven't picked up much info!! Twisted Evil

When do you guys get to watch TV. You should be editing!!

I suppose Frasier, Friends, and Survivor get airplay here but lately Big Brother (australia) is getting the time!

I don't like most tv comedies. Too brainless for me.

Some dramas like Law & Order, CSI, West Wing, etc., can get my attention. The rest are documentaries and classic films.

The brainless aspect of it is sometimes the point! It's an opportunity to unwind and not have to think so much, especially after a loooong day of cerebral aerobics. Smile

Well, I love good comedy. My point was that there's just not that much good comedy on the tube these days. At least that I like. Tool Time was the last comedy that I actually enjoyed watching. Raymond is okay at times. Even Seinfeld had it's moments. But most are filled with cheap laughs and poor writing. IMHO of course!

I'm not sure if Devans will agree with me on this, but Channel Nine had this great show in Australia and New Zealand called 'Comedy Inc.' It was a satire that made fun of Eddie McGuire (an AFL commetator and Who Wants To Be A Millionaire host) and other really important Australian celebrities.

Then there is Frontline (Australian), Spin Doctors (Kiwi), Friends, Malcom in the Middle, Everyone Loves Raymond, Scrubs, The Simpsons, Arrested Development...

...and my favourite drama, Monk.

No Australian agrees with a New Zealander! Laughing (Not true, Metas from New Zealand always get my respect!) Twisted Evil

Frontline was great. The Olympic Games take off (John Clarke) was awesome!
BUFFY come back I miss you. Sad Sad Sad Sad See the Series 7 DVD just released in Australia (weekend buy maybe - no more OEP for a while if I do!!)

Saw some photos of Thunderbirds recently should be intertesting - just loved it after school when I was a little guy (and much younger!) Cool

Malcom in the Middle, Everyone Loves Raymond are good

I miss Tool Time - big time!! Confused

Its funny about Seinfield - couldn't miss it initially but really boring in re runs - really strange. Frasier is good but I want to watch the whole series as missed all the early ones. Really enjoyed Cheers!

Star Trek (any) and Stargate I can get into.

Lately though its been this weird show called OEP - very addictive!! Very Happy

How could I forget! 'The Games' with John Clarke has to be among the best of all time. John Clarke is the funniest living Australian and the funniest living New Zealander. Unlike Russell Crowe, we kiwis would be more than happy to claim Clarke.

Home Improvement, with Tim the 'Tool Man' Taylor, is continuously repeated in New Zealand. It's off for American Idol at the moment.

But I can't say much for Big Brother. A group of Australians together (are they in Dreamworld again this year or not devans?) is personally not that interesting. It really deserved its Comedy Inc. treatment.
