| Challenging a declined application |

I understand if I'm really not supposed to be doing it this way, but I don't find re-applying with this same note on it would make a difference.
The following is a challenge to a declined application, because I found the reason to be lacking, given the nature of the content used.
Category: Games/Video_Games/Roleplaying/Lufia_Series/
Application: musicman2059
Reason: We do NOT allow copyrighted material to be added.
Reason for challenge:
If the editor had thuroughly looked through my application, he would've discovered that that the site in which I obtained the material comes from was MY site. I cannot understand how it would be in any copyright violation whatsoever for me to allow material from MY site to be added to Open-site, seeing that I would be giving permission for open-site to display it, especially since it clearly states in that category that the material was taken from another site, unless the policy clearly states that I'm not allowed to use material from my own site.
Proof that this was my site clearly lies in the hands of lufiaguy [is rather cool], because he practically hosts my site under his.Related Category: |
