A side effect of switching back to ISO is this: links to http://open-site.org/ may be affected.

If you find that a normal looking link doesn't work when it should, you will need to change a setting in your browser.

IE users:
Choose Tools
> Internet Options
>> Advanced
>>> Check "Always send URLs as UTF-8"
>>>> Click OK

Please make sure your browser sends all URLs as UTF-8, or Open Site won't accept certain links from here, especially some to International/.
